Role Purpose
Ensure accurate screening of alerts in the digital onboarding process.
Ensure alerts are adequately reviewed and analyzed prior to discounting or escalating to L3 for GCD review.

Ensure transactions are reviewed and actioned as per TAT.
Remain current and up to date in terms of changes in policy and guidelines published by GCD.
Ensure all mandatory trainings and regulatory training sessions are attended and assessments completed on time.
Ensure access to sensitive customer data remains restricted.
Key Accountabilities of the Role
- Review alerts and take appropriate decisions as per SOP and policy guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to TAT.
- Help the makers understand the error or impact in case of error or ambiguity.
- Maintain a log of errors for trainings.
- Report incidents in GRC on a timely basis as per policy.
- Ensure adherence to assigned KPIs.
- Update daily MIS for analysis and team leader/managers review.
- Timely reporting and logging of system issues.
- Undertake any additional assignments or projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirement.
