Production Support Engineer (L2)

Summary:

This exciting project involves supporting, maintaining, and deploying a robust cloud platform for IoT applications. You will be part of a dedicated team working on the 24/7 operation and support of more than 80 Kubernetes clusters and 700 nodes hosted in AWS. You will play a key role in managing the cloud infrastructure and collaborating with both local and global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain a robust cloud platform for IoT applications.
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters and nodes hosted in AWS.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless operation.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Gitlab.
• Handle ticket/service management using tools like ServiceNow.
• Monitor and ensure observability using tools like Grafana and Datadog.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps, or in similar roles.
• Solid experience in the management and operation of Kubernetes (K8s).
• Proficiency in AWS, including key compute, networking, and storage services.
• Advanced experience in the administration and troubleshooting of Linux.
• Knowledge of and experience with Terraform and Gitlab.
• Competency in using service/ticket management tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Upper intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Datadog.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting 24/7 production environments.
