Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide legal support across multiple business and support functions, including lending, treasury, HR, IT, and admin.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize loan and transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and mitigate legal risks.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and assist the reporting manager in offering legal advice and transaction support.
- Manage litigation matters by preparing notices/replies, coordinating with counsels, and tracking case progress.
- Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory updates, and advise teams on statutory changes and their business impact.
- Liaise with external law firms and advisors to support transactions and dispute-resolution processes.
