Company: Leading NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)

Role: Relationship Officer

CTC: Up to 3.25 4.25 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) + Incentives + TA

Location: Multiple Locations in Punjab & Haryana 


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Generate new business leads and acquire customers for the Loan Against Property product through direct sales, cold calling, networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and guiding them through the loan application process to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed agreed individual performance and sales targets for loan disbursements and income generation.
  • Financial Advising/Product Knowledge: Educate customers on the features and benefits of LAP providing tailored financial advice that aligns with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely collection of all required documentation, manage the loan application process, and ensure all activities comply with the company's internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Problem Resolution: Promptly and professionally address any client inquiries, issues, or complaints, working to resolve problems efficiently. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, is often required.
  • Hard Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial products, especially loans and property financing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales and business development techniques.

  • Analytical skills to assess client situations and market data.

  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with diverse clients and partners.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information. 

Compensation & Benefits

The CTC from 3.25- 4.25 LPA is in line with the typical average salary for a Relationship Officer in India. The package usually includes: 

  • A fixed base salary.
  • Performance-based incentives (potentially unlimited, based on achieving and exceeding targets).
