Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Excel and SQL, program management, and solutioning capabilities. This role requires someone who not only understands the nuances of business operations but can also translate data insights into actionable solutions, addressing the "so what" of analysis. The ideal candidate has a structured thought process, strong problem-solving skills, and has experience in consulting, BFSI, or the app product ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex analysis efforts, translating business requirements into actionable insights and solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, pain points, and requirements.
• Use Excel and SQL to perform deep data analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions that address key business challenges.
  
• Lead program management activities for cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Structure and document business requirements, solution designs, and process improvements.
• Present data insights and solutions to stakeholders, clearly communicating the "so what" implications.
• Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and understanding of business nuances.
• Mentor junior team members in analysis techniques, program management, and problem-solving approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, program management, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in Excel and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven program management skills, with experience managing end-to-end projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a structured thought process.
• Ability to connect business context with data insights, providing clear, actionable answers to "so what" questions.
• Experience in consulting, BFSI, or app product ecosystems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
