Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across departments.
- Share offer letters, onboarding schedules, and pre-joining documents with candidates.
- Coordinating with vendors and following up on required documents.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all HR documentation (ID proofs, academic records, experience letters, etc.).
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for asset allocation, system access, ID cards, and workspace readiness.
- Maintain employee data in HRMS and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up with candidates until their date of joining.
- Address candidate queries regarding joining formalities, and company processes.
- Prepare onboarding reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS tools.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
