Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling invoice processing, vendor coordination, and MIS reporting. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
2. Oversee end-to-end processing of all Admin department invoices and retail admin-related store expense invoices.
3. Ensure timely submission of invoices to Accounts and payment updates to vendors.4. Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and agreements for admin services.
5. Track agreement expiry dates and plan renewals well in advance. Ensure compliance with company policies during vendor engagement.
6. Ensure MIS is maintained and updated daily for all admin expenses.
7. Present monthly dashboards and expense reports to senior management.
