Accounting Specialist – QuickBooks And U.S. Payroll Experience 4-6yrs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with experience in QuickBooks and U.S. payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks.
• Process payroll for U.S.-based employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
  
• Respond to accounting and payroll-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on U.S. payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of accounting experience, with at least 4 years using QuickBooks and processing U.S. payroll.
