Senior Manager / Manager, Administration

Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Manager/Manager of Administration to oversee and manage the company's administrative operations, facilities, and support services. This role is critical in ensuring the office environment runs efficiently and that support functions align with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Facilities & Office Management

  • Manage all office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, security, cleanliness, and utilities, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
  • Oversee space planning and office moves/renovations as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for office supplies, catering, cleaning, and maintenance services.
  • Ensure organization adheres to external laws and regulations, as well as its own internal policies and standards.

2. Administrative Operations & Budgeting

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative policies and procedures across all departments.
  • Manage the Administration budget in co-ordination with FP&A, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the management of company assets.
  • Coordinate corporate events, employee activities, travel arrangements, and logistics as required.

3. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative and support staff (e.g., receptionists, admin assistants, facility staff).
  • Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of service excellence within the admin team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Administration, Operations, or Facilities Management.
  • Experience managing multiple office locations or a large corporate campus.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and negotiation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices and compliances for then organization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
