• Process and clear high-volume invoice and payment transactions in SAP
• Manage accounts payable workflow for C-store operations
• Address vendor queries promptly and ensure on-time payments
• Maintain and update SAP master data accurately and efficiently
• Review bank statement entries and reconcile SAP-related items including payroll, treasury, and refunds
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and company procedures
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support smooth transaction flow
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements that enhance AP efficiency
• Support internal stakeholders with SAP-related tasks and troubleshooting
• Monitor payment timelines and ensure compliance across all AP activities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CMA preferred
• 6 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance
• Strong SAP knowledge across AP, payments, master data, and reconciliation
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes with accuracy
• Strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
