Finance Manager

Adonmo is looking for a Finance Manager with strong expertise in Accounting, GST, TDS, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have CA Final / IPCC cleared with Articleship experience or CMA qualified with 3+ years of relevant experience and the ability to lead a finance team, manage financial reporting, and ensure statutory compliance.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial reporting in Tally ERP.
• Ensure complete GST compliance – monthly/quarterly return filing, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Handle TDS operations – deduction, payment, return filing, and issuance of Form 16/16A.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with statutory requirements.
• 
  Support and coordinate during Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits, ensuring timely and accurate closure.
• Conduct vendor and customer ledger scrutiny to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Maintain compliance with Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams for effective financial operations.
• Lead and mentor a team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to financial controls.

Qualifications

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Finance Controls.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent understanding of taxation laws, audit processes, and compliance timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Effective team management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• IPCC Cleared with relevant CA Article ship experience.
