About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong expertise in Accounting, GST, TDS, Compliance, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should be a CA Inter (IPCC) cleared professional with Articleship experience or a CMA Semi-Qualified candidate, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.
• Ensure complete GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Handle TDS deductions, payments, return filing, and issuance of statutory certificates.
• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.
  
• Support and coordinate Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.
• Conduct vendor and customer ledger reviews to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA Inter (IPCC) cleared with completed Articleship OR CMA Semi-Qualified.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Audit, and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
