We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Human Resources to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and exit management. The role requires strong coordination skills, process orientation, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Understanding of the end-to-end HR lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and process adherence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / Masters in HR (preferred)
