Job Description
- As a proactive and technically skilled Team Lead, your role will involve driving end-to-end UKG migrations from Workforce Central to Dimensions. This will require hands-on expertise in system configuration, integration, and client engagement. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing UKG migration projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and business units, managing expectations and aligning deliverables with business goals.
- Developing and maintaining migration roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Ensuring accurate mapping and transformation of legacy data to Dimensions.
- Leading Dell Boomi integration efforts between UKG and external systems.
- Mentoring and guiding a team of UKG analysts, technical consultants, and testers.
- Promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions.
- Proven track record in leading UKG migration projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in Time and Attendance configuration.
- Expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation.
- Working knowledge of BIRT reporting and Advanced Scheduling.
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in complex environments.,
