Job Description
- As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager at Adventus.io, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth within Education Agents/Recruiters. You will work with a portfolio of Recruiters across all Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions to meet and exceed student enrollment goals. Your role will involve managing strong relationships with Recruiters, contributing to their sales strategy, and ensuring the service experience and delivery to the Recruiter network are of the highest quality.
To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in recruitment of International Students. Experience in B2B sales within the EdTech industry, particularly working with student recruitment agents or consultants, especially in the USA and UK destinations, is highly desirable. You should be a commercially savvy sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results through indirect sales management. Additionally, having experience in nurturing customer relationships, recognizing customers" business requirements, and understanding the international student marketplace will be beneficial.
Your key contributions will include executing regional sales plans in collaboration with the reporting manager, identifying Recruiter growth opportunities and potential risks, achieving and exceeding student enrollment targets, and being the primary point of contact for all Recruiters. You will support all enquiries, provide prompt and clear responses while maximizing leads, produce business performance reports as necessary, and represent Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions at exhibition and recruitment events. Your role will also involve leading Recruiter-facing activities, overseeing all student recruitment activities in the region, managing the Recruiter network, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and improved Recruiter satisfaction.
