- Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and sales assistance in both Hindi and English at Padivattom, Ernakulam. Your role will involve handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, engaging in meaningful conversations with customers, and ensuring personalized interactions with no scripted responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance in Hindi and English.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and needs.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure personalized customer interactions with no scripted responses.
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
