Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive for Home Loans in the banking industry, your main responsibility will be to conduct sales activities to promote banking products and services. You will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication will be essential, along with providing accurate and up-to-date information about the bank's products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to promote banking products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the bank's products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Required:
- Candidate should be able to work under pressure.
