HR Learning Operation Support Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• Identifying training needs and participants based on results of the gap analysis
• Design and develop curriculum, syllabus and training materials for each program
• Coordinate and collaboration with partners during program implementation
• Design and delivery the assessment tools from preparation until reporting to the manager
• Compile and update training materials such as preparing slides, making videos etc for training and development programs
• Monitoring, coordination support and being involved in to internship program, Kelas Industri and AGL Acceleration Program.
• Reporting the progress and result to the manager for any learning program

• Bachelors degree from Psychology, Management or relevant
• Min. experience 4 year in Learning & Development area
• Good operating computer, Microsoft Office suit and Canva
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Creative and digital savvy
• Fluent in English
