Minimum 6 Month Experience in collection process, preferable DRA Certified
- We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Debt Recovery Agent to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers through calls to collect outstanding payments, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Remind customers of their outstanding dues and due dates.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company guidelines.
- Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
- Follow escalation procedures for high-risk or non-responsive accounts.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for collections and follow-ups.
