ROLE SUMMARY Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and delivery teams in a cross-functional agile environment.
• Champion a quality-first approach, ensuring testing and validation are integral to the development process.
  
• Define, design, and execute test strategies, leveraging suitable techniques and heuristics to ensure robust coverage.
• Work hands-on with developers to test products during build cycles, providing fast feedback and insight.
• Contribute to automation initiatives identifying opportunities and helping improve framework coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing QA processes, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing roles.
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics, and test process optimization across SDLC.
• Working knowledge of test automation principles understanding when, how, and why to implement automation.

  Get Hired
  Exposure to building or maintaining automated test frameworks is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to raise risks proactively and drive solutions with stakeholders.
• Curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

• Experience with any of the following is desirable:
• Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Testing Tools: Playwright, Storybook, or similar modern testing frameworks
• Backend Stack: C# / .NET applications
• Observability Tools: Grafana, Datadog, or similar.
