You will be the pivotal link between our senior management and the investment ecosystem, driving transparency, trust, and value creation. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Investor Relations Leadership
- Develop and execute a compelling, proactive investor relations strategy that elevates the company's market reputation and shareholder value.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and trusted advisor to analysts, mutual funds, institutional investors, and rating agencies.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term, high-value relationships with key stakeholders across the investment community, especially in Mumbai and Chennai.
- Lead investor engagement initiatives including roadshows, earnings calls, investor conferences, and one-on-one meetings with top-tier investors.
Capital Markets & Fundraising Expertise
- Spearhead capital raising activities across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments, collaborating closely with merchant bankers, underwriters, and investment banks.
- Identify and onboard strategic investors aligned with the company's growth vision and capital structure goals.
- Negotiate and structure investment terms to optimize shareholder value and corporate flexibility.
Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking to inform executive decision-making.
- Prepare and present clear, compelling investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, and annual reports.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments to anticipate and address potential risks and opportunities.
Governance & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations, stock exchange disclosure norms, and corporate governance standards.
- Partner with legal, finance, and compliance teams to uphold transparency and integrity in all investor communications.
- Support the Board and senior leadership in investor-related governance matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background:MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Experience: 15-20+ years in investor relations, financial analysis, merchant banking, or capital markets, preferably with listed companies or fund houses.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and managing relationships with mutual funds, institutional investors, and sell-side analysts.
- Extensive network within India's investment community, especially Mumbai and Chennai.
- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and capital market instruments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite and Board levels.
