Senior Business System Analyst

People:
- 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
- Able to work hand in hand with the U.
Product Owner and drive delivery with the technical team in India.
- Expected to be hands-on and act as a backup for the U.
Product Owner when required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring project continuity across geographies
Process:
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA and Excel.
- Skilled in UAT coordination, gap analysis, impact assessments, and driving process improvements throughout SDLC.
Technology:
- Should have a strong data mindset able to understand the application beyond functionality and from a user perspective.
- Should be able to understand data structures and underlying logic to efficiently define and test solutions.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows; familiarity with databases and basic programming concepts
