Admin & HR Assistant

• About the Role

We are hiring a versatile team member who can support HR activities while also assisting in bidding and basic creative tasks. This is a mix-and-match role where training will be provided for most responsibilities. We mainly need someone with a foundation in HR and a basic understanding of Canva.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1.Human Resource Management
• Assist in recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
• Support onboarding and internal HR coordination
• 2.Bidding & Business Support (Training Provided)
• Bid on platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, and Guru
• Draft proposals and respond (training will be provided)
• Track bid status and maintain basic records
• 3.Creative Support
• Create simple carousels and static posts using Canva
• Support basic social media creative needs
• Edit simple short videos/reels using provided raw clips
• Add text, transitions, and basic formatting
• Requirements
• 12 years of experience in HR or recruitment role (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Canva (ability to create simple posts/carousels)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn bidding and basic video editing
