Executive Vice President - P&L - Domestic/International Business

Key Responsibilities: International
- To supervise the growth and P&L of our subsidiaries.
- To grow and manage the international rep network directly and through our international offices.
- To head and explore new international markets, institutional sales and customer development, and pricing; analysis and assessment of marketing and sales data, increase volume from existing customers and simultaneous efforts to develop new customers etc.
- Expanding and supporting existing and new network of our own group international representative offices dealer network.
- Ensure targets achieved in international marketing and sales of industrial products to assigned territories.
- Ensure that export team meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve issues.
- Review and analyse existing process effectiveness and efficiency and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems; cultivate and disseminate knowledge of International Business best practices.
- Market and competitor mapping with respect to globalization.
Key Responsibilities: Domestic
- To lead, manage and grow domestic business to become the leader in Dehumidification, Gas Phase Filtration, Plastic Auxiliaries, Dry room solutions etc. in India.
- To supervise and be fully responsible for the P&L of the domestic business.
- To drive strategy, action planning and realization of business targets across domestic territories.
- To develop and expand new applications.
- To ensure targets are achieved in domestic sales of various products across assigned territories.
- To review and analyse existing operations processes and develop strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market and competitor mapping within the domestic market.
