Commercial Excellence Manager - International Business

Overview

As a Comex Head, you will be responsible to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations of Agappes International division. This is a pivotal role for professionals with strong expertise in export operations and comprehensive supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee Export operations, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
• Manage supplier relationships to streamline procurement and improve delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse operations, and transportation to meet global customer demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide insights and forecasts to the leadership team for supply chain planning and optimization.
• Should be able to communicate independently with Organizations such as DGFT, Customs.
• Handling the operation through dedicated team to improve their productivity.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of SAP / Microsoft Dynamics/ERP
• Strong communication skills to interact with international clients and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of global logistics, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Proven leadership in managing procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Expertise in supply chain optimization and cost-efficiency strategies.
