Group Product Manager- Andheri

• To launch new products successfully all over India.
• Product sourcing, Strategic Development, Budgeting
• Devising marketing tools to increase penetration.
• Ensuring profitability of new product deliverable
• Launching customer oriented campaigns to push sales
• Conducting training at National and Zonal levels for new product launch.
• Timely training (In House and Field) and technical support to sales team to penetrate new accounts
• Working with application team for smooth functioning of product in the field and troubleshooting
• Preparation of Marketing Tools such as Emailers, Mailers, Brochures, Pamphlets, Technical Bulletins etc

• Field evaluation of products which are developed by R&D
• Provide inputs to all in house dept(Operation, Finance, R&D, QC)
• Making Product Catalogue, Higher end instruments demo and Participating Conference.
• Designing Schemes.
• Monitoring Competitor activities and Visiting Key Customers.
• Complaint Handling
• Setting the division strategic direction and tactical implementation of activities.

• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Ability to travel if necessary.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Must have relevant experience of 8-10 years.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Chemistry/Biochemistry, M.Sc. Chemistry/Biochemistry.
• Additional diploma/degree in Marketing is a plus.
