Job Description

  • ● 5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong focus on the MERN stack
  • (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • ● Strong experience on WebSocket / Socket programming is a must. Websocket is mandatory
  • advantage.
  • ● Strong knowledge of Kafka, Nginx, or GraphQL.
  • ● Proven experience leading or architecting multi-module SaaS products in Startup environments.
  • ● Strong command over REST APIs, Microservices, and asynchronous architecture.
  • ● Expert in building AI-powered products using AI agents and use of modern vibe coding workflows to rapidly
  • prototype and scale intelligent applications.
  • ● Exposure to AI/ML or 3rd Party integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain,
  • TensorFlow, etc.).
  • ● Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • ● Deep passion for processes, API documentation, and clean code.
  • ● Strong debugging and reverse-engineering skills, ability to understand complex systems quickly. Ability to
  • balance IC responsibilities with team leadership.
  • ● Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Git, and API documentation tools like Postman or Swagger
