Chat Process Executive (Night Shift) - Gurugram Location

Position Overview :-

As a US Chat Process Expert, you will be responsible for managing chat interactions with our US-based customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support while also identifying opportunities for lead generation and business development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and verbal English, with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage chat interactions with US-based customers, providing timely and accurate information.
