Investment Banking Analyst - Healthcare

What role you will play in team: You will be an essential part of our healthcare investment banking team, assisting senior bankers in various aspects of transactions.

What you will do: Support the team in financial analysis, due diligence, and client communication.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation of healthcare companies.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis.
• 
  Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
• Participate in due diligence processes.
• Assist in client relationship management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
