Job Description
Role Summary:
The Fellow will be responsible for conceptualising, developing, and supporting the integration of AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies into teaching and learning at Ahmedabad University. The role focuses on courses, projects, and research in media, AR/VR, digital communication, and other technology-driven pedagogies.

Job Responsibilities
1. Academic & Pedagogical Support
- Develop and teach short-term and semester-long courses in areas such as AI applications, AR/VR, digital storytelling, and media communication.
- Collaborate with faculty to embed technology-enabled learning experiences in their courses, including interdisciplinary and experiential learning contexts.
- Mentor students working on digital projects, including final artefacts.
2. Research & Innovation
- Conduct research on the use of AI, digital tools, and immersive technologies in higher education.
- Pilot innovative teaching-learning approaches using technology, documenting best practices for dissemination.
- Stay updated on global trends in educational technology and recommend relevant adoption at the University.
3. Faculty & Student Engagement
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and consultations for faculty on AI tools, digital pedagogy, and emerging tech integration.
- Provide technical and creative guidance to student teams for technology-based projects and exhibitions.
4. Technical Oversight
- Identify, test, and support the adoption of relevant AI platforms, AR/VR tools, and media production software for academic use

Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, AR/VR technologies, and multimedia production.
- Demonstrated teaching or training experience in technology-related subjects.
- Experience with instructional design and integration of technology into learning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Qualification:
Masters degree (or higher) in Educational Technology, Digital Media, Computer Science,
Communication, or a related field.
