Role Description The Manager – Strategy (Edtech/Education) will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, partnerships, and operational excellence across Aimlays education offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes, identifying new business opportunities, and shaping the companys positioning in the edtech and higher education space. The role involves designing and evaluating strategic projects, building business cases, and monitoring key performance metrics to support data-driven decisions. The manager will collaborate with counseling, sales, marketing, and academic teams to align strategy with learner needs, optimize existing programs, and support long-term institutional relationships.

Qualifications

• 
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic priorities 
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders and write concise, professional documents.
• Lead and manage strategic projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Experience in management consulting and consulting environments, preferably with exposure to edtech, higher education, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in strategy, business planning, or corporate development, ideally within education, edtech, or professional learning organizations.
