Job Description

As a Senior Admission Counsellor/PhD Student Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to prospective PhD students through tele counselling, aiming to convert leads into enrollments. You will interact with students via phone or digital platforms, offering expert advice on PhD programs, application processes, and career opportunities.

Your role will also involve meeting sales targets by effectively counselling prospective students and building strong relationships with them to ensure conversion into enrolled students. Additionally, you will be promoting academic research projects, proposal writing services, and research support services to PhD scholars, contributing to the growth and visibility of these programs.
Moreover, you will provide research support to PhD scholars by guiding them on research methodology, literature review, and proposal development. It is crucial to foster strong relationships not only with students but also with faculty members and university stakeholders to actively promote PhD programs and research services.
