JOB PURPOSE:

- We are looking for a dynamic Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team and shape how we attract, retain, and engage talent.
- In this role, you will deliver compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are competitive, fair, and aligned with our business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the annual compensation review cycle - from budgeting to final rollout.
- Manage and update salary structures and variable pay frameworks to reflect market trends and internal equity.
- Lead job evaluations, benchmarking studies, and policy reviews to ensure competitiveness.
- Design and implement benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement plans) and manage vendor partnerships.
- Run rewards & recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and align with company culture.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align manpower budgets and reward strategies with organizational growth.
- Communicate total rewards programs transparently, building trust and engagement with employees.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in HR with at least 3-5 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR:
- Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data modelling, budgeting, and HR analytics tools.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to balance cost-effectiveness with talent retention
