Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Finance located in Bengaluru.
- The Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, create and analyze financial statements, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial information.
- The Director will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and providing leadership on financial matters to support the organization's goals and mission.

Qualifications:

- Financial Planning and Analytical Skills.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Finance and related practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
