• Solving customer queries and maintaining good customer relations.
• Handling customer communication through various channels such as calls, E-mail, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Creating tickets when necessary for resolving customer queries.
• Extensively following up with courier partners regarding delivery status.
• Responding to customer comments and managing the online brand reputation.
• Qualifications:
• Patient listener with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in fluent English (oral and written) and Hindi.
• Good typing speed, problem-solving abilities, and high confidence.
• University/College degree is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media applications.
