Job Title: Business Planning & Analysis

Sub-Function: Business Finance

Location: Maharashtra/Pune

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Finance Analysis & Optimization:

• Drive path to profitability for the business by reducing the costs and eliminating any inefficiencies.
• Monitoring product wise / segment wise / region wise performance vs targets.
• Validation of various business cases OPEX / CAPEX approvals.
• Submission of business plans and monthly P&L forecast.
• Preparation of Annual Operating Plan basis underlying growth, Market data, Competition benchmarking in discussion with the business teams.
• Monitoring of key KPIs through financial reports, variance analysis.

2. Risk & Control:

• Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to leadership to eliminate risks and leakages.

3. People Management:

Education Qualification: CA / MBA-Finance

Total Experience: 5 7 years of post-qualification experience, 2 years + of business finance experience.
