Airtel - PMO To CEO's Office Role

About the role:
We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented professional who can work closely with leadership as a Chief of Staff/PMO, going beyond traditional executive support. The role requires managing strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, tracking business priorities, and providing data-driven insights to enable decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track key initiatives, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.

- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and business reviews.
- Understand the Telecom, B2B, Cloud, and Payments Bank businesses to support business planning and execution.
- Coordinate across functions and support leadership in governance and project management.
- Travel across zones in APT as required to engage with business teams.
- Manage Circle CEOs calendars, travel arrangements, and expense management while ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of Telecom/B2B/Cloud/Payments Bank business.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Aspiration to build a long-term career in business or Marketing.
- Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.
