Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Telecom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end telecom and connectivity needs of a portfolio of 50-60 accounts in the Mid-Market/Corporate segment within a specific geographic area. Your main objective will be to achieve sales and revenue targets by offering Data, Voice, Value-Added Services (VAS), and introducing new product solutions to your clients.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Build strategic relationships with key decision makers, including Middle and Senior management, as well as CXOs, within the assigned accounts.
    - Drive revenue enhancement through effective account management, focusing on both Data and Voice services, while also ensuring the retention of existing revenue.
    - Promote solution selling and facilitate the penetration of new products in emerging markets.
    - Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (BSG, CE, Networks, etc.) and external partners, vendors, and clients to meet business targets and ensure customer satisfaction with service delivery.
    - Achieve account business targets related to Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New Account identification, and Churn control.
    Qualifications Required:

    - MBA or equivalent degree.
    - Preferred: 3+ years of B2B Sales Experience in the Telecom/Technology domain.
