This is Uzeir Mal from ALOIS Solutions. We have an excellent job opportunity for the position of IT Service Desk / Technical Support with our end client for Bangalore and Hyderabad location
Position: IT Service Desk / Technical Support (International Voice)
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office (No WFH)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift Only)
Working Days: 5 Days per Week
Notice Period: Immediate to 15-20 Days
About the Role:
Were looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts / L1 Support Engineers to provide technical voice support to global users in a fast-paced IT environment.
If you have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a passion for IT support, this is the right opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support through voice (international) and remote tools.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
- MS Office, O365, VPN, network connectivity, and VDI
- System performance, software installation/uninstallation, and antivirus
- Browser and printer troubleshooting, OneDrive, OneNote, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Accurately log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level as per process guidelines.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Technical Support (US/UK process).
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Desk tools, MS Office, O365, and VPN.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and system troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work in US Night Shifts and from office only (no work from home).

- SEG Round (Communication screening)
- Technical Round
- Client Round
Technical Round: Mainly Conducted on Saturday (10 AM 5 PM IST)
