Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Aisshpra Gems & Jewels is a full-time, on-site position based in Padrauna. The Assistant Manager supports daily store operations, including supervising sales teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role involves overseeing inventory management, coordinating with back-office and supply teams, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The Assistant Manager assists in achieving sales targets, implementing promotional activities, and monitoring performance metrics. The position also includes handling customer queries and escalations, training team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong retail operations and store management skills, including team supervision and daily floor coordination.
• Customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on delivering personalized, high-quality experiences.
• Basic sales, merchandising, and inventory handling skills, with an understanding of product display and stock control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling transactions, and adherence to company values and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic office software for reporting and documentation.
• Prior experience in jewellery or premium retail is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant educational background in business, commerce, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
