US Recruiter NON IT & IT

Job description

Location: Kharadi / Onsite
Shift: US Shift Fixed Shift ( 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST )

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to their successful onboarding.
• Work with MSP/VMS models and ensure compliance with client hiring processes.
• Recruit for a diverse range of industries, including IT, Engineering, DOD-Federal Projects, and Healthcare.
  
• Ensure compliance with US visa regulations (H1B, TN, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Utilize various recruitment techniques, such as headhunting, networking, referrals, job portals, and internet-based sourcing tools.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver qualified candidates within the desired time frame.
• Maintain and build a strong candidate database to meet future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary and contract terms effectively to ensure a successful hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience in US staffing, recruiting for IT & Non-IT roles with direct clients.
• Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, including work authorizations (W2, Green Card, US Citizens, etc.).
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple industries.
• Prior experience working in an MSP/VMS model.
• Proficiency in using ATS, job portals like Dice, Indeed, Ciepal and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a target-driven environment.

Education & Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree is preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
