Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Allocate work and ensure deadlines and turnaround is met.
Analyse documents received from the client, trace the title flow and capture all the data in the customised software and formats.
Preparation of Legal Opinion / Title Reports based on the information provided.
Co-ordinate for title searches with service provider.
Handle client queries on status and list of requirement.
Visit client offices occasionally for vetting of documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
LLB Degree with 5-7 years Experience in Similar Area

Good people management skills
Good command over the English language
Basic Working knowledge of Computer Applications like Microsoft Office
