Job Description
The Operator AC Manufacturing will be responsible for executing production tasks related to air conditioner (AC) assembly, testing, and quality checks. The role involves operating machinery, assembling AC components, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining smooth production flow.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly & Production
- Assemble AC units as per work instructions, SOPs, and technical guidelines.
- Fit and secure components such as compressors, coils, motors, blowers, wiring, piping, and panels.
- Perform brazing, wiring, insulation, or coil insertion (based on department).
- Operate production machinery such as vacuum charging stations, gas charging machines, and testing benches.
