Techno-Functional Specialist- TMS & BI Reporting

Experience: 3-5 years in Oracle TMS & BI Reporting

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Specialist with a strong background in Oracle TMS, BI Reporting, and the Transportation & Logistics domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, database technologies, and cloud frameworks to develop, deploy, and support solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Develop, implement, and support SCI and TMS solutions.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Dynamic Task Management: Take ownership of project tasks, ensure documentation, and provide knowledge transfer (KT) to the team.
• On-Call Support: Participate in weekly on-call rotation for resolving Sev. 1/2 issues.
• Integration Design: Create integration solutions using Java, Oracle, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Application Deployment: Follow structured processes to deploy applications effectively.
• Cloud Utilization: Leverage cloud frameworks, preferably Azure, for development and deployment.
• Quality Assurance: Engage in both development and testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication: Interact with customer stakeholders to resolve issues and provide robust support independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle TMS and BI Reporting.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and scripting languages (preferred).
• Web Services: Hands-on experience with web services and integration technologies.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Transportation & Logistics domain.
• Database Skills: Expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Deployment Processes: Knowledge of application deployment and cloud frameworks (Azure preferred).
• Cloud Automation: Experience with cloud automation and elastic job management.
• Oracle Expertise: Familiarity with Oracle TMS/GTM and Oracle BI Reporting.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
