Overview Of The Role:
Sales
- The Sales Executive position is focused on establishing and building strong customer relationships by providing detailed product guidance during vehicle sales. The role demands meeting sales volume and customer satisfaction targets while ensuring adherence to company sales and financial protocols. A key aspect is constant learning and adaptation to new market trends, maintaining high standards for the company's image and brand reputation.
Sales
- Achieve and maintain company prescribed sales standards to enhance company and brand image.
- Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets across all areas.
- Achieve or exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage repeat sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer service during sales interactions.
- Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems.
- Achieve or exceed target number of prospects logged to meet company's business objectives and grow customer base.
- Ensure accuracy of data input and effective lead management.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures for cash and credit customer handling, minimizing financial risk.
- Continuously improve and update knowledge of product range, features, automotive industry developments, and selling techniques.
- Enhance customer handling skills and overall performance through ongoing learning.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer-first approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage and input sales data
- Degree education is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar sales position in retail sales is essential.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
