Job Description
We are searching for an Associate to join our Transport & Insurance team based in Dubai.
We advise and act in both contentious and transactional matters across the spectrum of wet and dry shipping. Our instructions frequently involve the subjects of international trade, bills of lading, charterparties and contracts of affreightment, marine insurance, ship building, ship and trade finance, mortgages, ship sale and purchase, corporate structuring of maritime entities and vessel registrations, ship repair, agency, collisions, salvage, casualty, pollutions, and logistics.
Aligned with the commercial aims of our clients, we provide solutions and counsel that are pragmatic and efficient. On the disputes front, we tailor our advice to achieve efficient resolution and avoid future conflicts, but will adopt a resolute posture when circumstances call for it. In the transactional space, we constantly seek collaboration with all parties to enable clients to reach their end-goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Singapore Qualified
- 3 to 5 years PQE

- Experience in non-contentious shipping work
