Job Summary
The Crew is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring to deliver high standards of product quality. Must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, food preparation and cleaning procedures.
Job Responsibilities

• Providing Customer Service including after sales service.
• Operate as a cashier. It should be each employee's goal to use the POS machine without error and to be consistently accurate in money handling.
  
• Individual contribution in achieving budgeted Sales and ATV as per plans Execute Upselling / Suggestive Selling and Primarily responsible for providing Customer Service which includes after sales service.
• Knowledge of all the products, packaging and price.
• Responsible for following daily Production Schedule and follow all recipes, as per Brand standards.
• Prevents Cross Contamination at all given times.
• Maintain high standards of House Keeping at the workstation, product display area and back of house.
• Work towards reducing incidence of theft, shop lifting, and alert manager in any case of such.
• Ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Grooming guidelines followed as per brand standards
• Follows food safety and hygiene standards at all given times
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
• 1-2 years of experience in the same role
• Fluency in English
