Job Description
- Sr. Design Engineer
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Develop PCB layouts, Schematic and BOM and follow revision control procedures.
- Should be familiar with PCB design software. Altium and Protel are preferred.

- Some experience in embedded systems development and troubleshooting and with real-time operating systems.
- Prepare design documentations, requirements specifications, instructions, test procedure, reports and handling other required administrative duties.
- To do regular follow up with Project leader for completion of given target.
- Oversee the entire product design process, from concept generation to prototype development and validation; ensuring designs meet functional requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas into product designs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the production process, while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design specifications, progress reports, and design history files to comply with regulatory standards.
- Able to solve query of production department independently.
- Maintaining all ISO amp; other Audit related documents in routine.
- Communicate and Establish relationships with PCB manufacturer, suppliers, and other professionals in the field.
