ROLE - Talent Manager

EXPERIENCE - 3 - 4 years

LOCATION - Dubai

We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of creators across the MENA region. This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, brand partnerships, and campaign execution, and requires strong relationship management, commercial understanding, and regional market expertise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

1. Represent creators and manage daily communication.
2. Build growth plans covering positioning, pricing, and content strategy.
3. 
   Onboard creators; manage exclusive/non-exclusive agreements.
4. Secure and negotiate brand partnerships across UAE, KSA, and MENA.
5. Manage campaigns end to end: briefs, timelines, approvals, reporting, pay-outs.
6. Build relationships with brands, agencies, and internal sales teams.
7. Stay updated on MENA creator trends, platforms, and cultural nuances.
8. Track performance, bookings, revenue, and maintain contracts & records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

1. 34 years in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media.
2. Strong understanding of the MENA creator and brand ecosystem.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

1. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, travel, food, or parenting creators.
2. Brand/agency relationships in UAE or KSA Knowledge of influencer contracts and content usage rights.
3. Arabic proficiency (plus, not mandatory).
