Senior Manager - Business Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the division in the pharma (domestic formulation) business, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Conduct detailed sales variance analysis to identify trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities within the pharma business
• Monitor overall business turnover and ensure alignment with annual operating plans and organizational targets
• Prepare, review, and present Gross Contribution (GC) reports and other critical financial MIS
• Drive pricing strategies
  
  to ensure competitiveness and profitability in the pharmaceutical market
• Provide financial insights and decision support to cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the pharma business division
• Ensure strong governance and accuracy in financial systems, with hands-on experience in SAP (SAP HANA preferred)
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement within the pharma value chain

Required Experience & Skills:

• Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry (domestic formulation business only)
• Proven experience in managing large-scale pharma business turnover and P&L responsibility

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 8–9 years of post-qualification experience in pharma finance roles
